Partial listing:

·        General Manager:  Will oversee a CNC machining operation with 45 employees. This is a small specialty division of a $400mm company. Will have P&L responsibility and should have automotive experience with new product introduction.  Akron, OH 

·        Sr. Process Engineer:  Looking for a Chemical Engineer with large scope process improvements and capital projects experience. Should have knowledge of chemical reactors, distillation, heat transfer, fluid flow and support services.  Northeast OH location

·        Human Resource Manager:  Responsible for two chemical manufacturing plants with 450 total employees. This is a #2 position being groomed to be Director of HR. Need generalist background with some labor skills preferred.  Northeast OH location.

·        Manufacturing Manager:  Responsible for all manufacturing related services reporting into a Group General Manager. Prior experience in building products is a plus but not a must. Would like someone with strong knowledge and implementation of lean manufacturing. Plant employees 175. Indiana location

·        Manager Design Engineering:  Must have experience with automotive or off highway components. Will manage a staff of 5-6 including CAD designers. Heavy customer interface with new product introduction. Experience with plastic or rubber parts is a plus but not a must. Engineering degree with CAD experience required.  Michigan location
