Jeff brings his 32 years of experience as an executive recruiter, mostly accrued in the manufacturing and insurance industries, to each client’s search. Jeff has managed more than 1,000 executive searches across the corporate spectrum, experience that certainly cannot be understated or overrated when considering the requirements for managerial success in today’s manufacturing sector. His strengths lie in, but are not exclusive to, identifying and recruiting top candidates for the ranks of general managers, plant management, engineering management, risk management, materials management, and environmental, health and safety management. Jeff attended Kent State University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant. His golden retriever Ralphy often can be found by his side at work. |

His reputation as a leading conduit for industry talent is fortified by stellar results during his time in the executive recruiting field. His adroit recruiting methods have earned considerable praise among clients in the property and casualty insurance industry. A black belt in the martial arts, Rich is married with one child. |

With 35 years of experience in the executive recruiting industry, Tom ensures that the ranks of Direct Search Systems' recruiters are themselves filled with top-notch talent and armed with the latest recruiting tools and practices to effectively serve our clients. Tom is well-rounded and extremely knowledgeable in all industrial and corporate sectors. Holding a doctorate in sociology from Case Western Reserve, he is a Certified Personnel Consultant and adjunct college professor. He and his wife have three children. |
